Dr. Michael Orloff is a board-certified general surgeon whose practice focuses on minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He combines modern surgical techniques with enhanced recovery pathways designed to help appropriate patients experience less pain, fewer disruptions and a more efficient return to daily life.
His surgical practice includes benign and malignant conditions affecting the thyroid, esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, small bowel, colon, rectum, adrenal glands and abdominal wall. He has a particular interest in multidisciplinary cancer care, bringing surgeons and other specialists together around each patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Orloff also cares for patients with complex and chronic wounds and is certified in hyperbaric oxygen therapy. He is conversational in medical Spanish and values clear explanations so patients and families can make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and their two dogs, as well as cooking—especially grilling—and traveling.
